This is a 3 minute demo animation reel with lots of clips edited together to an Electronic Dance track. Most of the clips are 2D hand drawn work. The 3D Flying Saucers were done with Craig Foster. There are clips from 3 independent animated shorts, Dead Battery on the L.I.E, Barry (produced with Stefan Waldman) and Chicosaurus, a spoof on the evolution of the chicken. The Jazzy Electronic Dance track features guitarist Gil Parris, some loops by Larry Alexander and features Moog and Kurzweil synthesizers. It was recorded in Pro Tools.

Dead Battery on the L.I.E is an animated short film produced and directed by Scott Staton. The story was written by George Basley and the music was written by Dan Couse, George Basley, Stefan Waldman and Scott Staton. Their group was called Sci Fi and the Fly by Niters. Originally, Vin Scelsa, a DJ on WNEW FM Radio in NY had an on air contest to see who could write a song to accompany a commercial about a guy who's car breaks down because of a dead battery on the LIE, the Long Island Expressway. The group, Sci Fi and the Fly by Niters, won the contest with an early version of the song and Scott Staton later revised the music and produced the animated short. The film ran as a short on HBO for about 8 years.
